For over 20 years, Ionia Community VBS has taught children about God’s love while having an amazing adventure!
Welcome!
Dear Parents,
We are so excited to return with VBS in 2022! We have a new location, many new volunteers, and a renewed excitement for teaching children about how much God loves them. Please join us August 1-4 at Restore Church from 6:30 – 8:30 pm for a wonderful week!
Our Story
No one knows exactly when Community VBS began, but we’ve been having fantastic fun ever since!
We begin each evening with songs, then children move to different stations, including Games, Snacks, Bible Adventure, and Imagination Station. Be prepared for your child to come home messy, wet, tired, and very happy.
The most important part of VBS is teaching children that God loves them, and we do that with a different theme each year. Join us for this year’s adventure!

Curicculum
HOW IT WORKS
A Day at Rocky Railway
Each day at Rocky Railway VBS, kids track through field-tested rotations that reinforce relevant Bible Points and immerse kids in new adventures.
Ages
Ages K-5th grade
Our elementary program is open to children who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Ages 4 and 5
We are excited to provide a preschool program in 2022 for children ages 4 and 5. Please use the registration form to sign up!
Events
In order to provide VBS at no cost, we do a few fundraisers throughout the year. Subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of fundraising dates at local businesses.
